Update?? On disabled account

So I got this super weird “AI/tool” message about my Instagram (@maria.giurcan) that tried to break down everything in a really technical way.
It was talking about internal-sounding enforcement codes, IDs, “system diagnostics,” account integrity violations, even stuff like possible security flags and “review/escalation processes.” Basically like it had access to Meta’s backend or something.
But honestly… it feels off. Like way too detailed and kinda fake/AI-generated. I can’t verify any of it and I don’t think Meta actually sends users that kind of info.
What I actually know:
account disabled since April 16, 2026
no access at all anymore
no real appeal option left
And now I’m just confused if this was:
an actual enforcement from Meta
or a hack/compromise that triggered everything
If anyone’s seen something like this or knows what’s going on, I’d really appreciate advice.

Update on permanently disabled account

Got a weird “AI/tool” message that claimed to show technical details about my Instagram (@maria.giurcan). It had internal-sounding codes, IDs, and explanations about why the account was disabled (community standards / integrity stuff + possible security issue).
It sounds pretty official on paper, but honestly it doesn’t feel like real Meta info and I can’t verify it.
What I actually know:
account disabled since April 16, 2026
no access anymore
no real appeal option left
Still not sure if it was a hack or just enforcement. Has anyone dealt with something like this or knows what I can still do?

Disabled Instagram account – does anyone know someone LEGIT who can actually help?

My Instagram account got permanently disabled by mistake and I’ve been trying to recover it through Meta support. My case is currently being reviewed and they mentioned ID verification, but the process is taking a long time 😭
At this point I just wanted to ask if anyone knows someone actually legit who helps recover accounts or has any real advice/suggestions. I’m not looking for scammers or super expensive services, just someone trustworthy who has genuinely helped in situations like this.

Instagram permanently disabled my account by mistake and now a “specialized team” is reviewing it

Meta support told me my case is being reviewed by a specialized team and that I’ll receive an external email for ID verification to confirm I’m the owner of the account. I still haven’t received it yet though 😭
Has anyone else gone through this? How long did the email take to arrive?

Instagram disabled my 6-year-old account for “ban evasion” and now they want ID verification??

My Instagram account got permanently disabled for allegedly being linked to a banned account / creating a new account after a ban, but my account is literally 6+ years old so it makes no sense 😭
I appealed, contacted Meta support, and later realized a secondary account connected to mine may have been compromised, so I think that’s what triggered everything.
Now they told me my case is being reviewed by a specialized team and that ID verification will be done externally, but I’m still waiting for the email.
Has anyone gone through something similar and actually gotten their account back?
