Mapo Tofu

Idk if I’m just getting older, but as time passes by, my food preference shifts drastically. I honestly prefer tofu over pork or beef these days— though, I can’t give up chicken just yet. 😭

Any brand dumpling wrapper recommendations? Medyo manipis kasi tong ginamit kong brand na nakita ko sa SM supermarket— nakalimutan ko rin anong brand to, pero parang color red yung logo.

Puto Manapla BESIDE the famous Nepomuceno

Since wala na kami time mag hulat maluto ang puto sa nepomuceno, sa piyak nalang kami nag bakal.

Size wise: mas dako sya… pero medyo dry. Though, still a good replacement kung ga dali ka. Hehe.

Siopaoooo in SM that I’m starting to get addicted to

Na dimat ko mag bakal sa sm. Kagapon, ang gin bakal ko are salted egg kag cheesy chicken.

Sbng, i try ko ang fully loaded nila.

Sino naka try sang normal asado nila kag sino naka try sang normal size nila?

First time trying this siopao in SM

Will buy again, tbh. And will def try other fillings!

The dough compensates the saltiness of the filling, and the dough itself is so good.

WHY IS IT SO GOOD? AND HOW IS IT NOT AIRY COMPARED TO OTHER LOCAL ONES(except Robertos). Please teach me how to make this kind of dough.
