I'm trying to use drills to mine for ore to convert in an ISRU, But i get "No ground contact" when i deploy it Despite that it is clearly in the ground. Additionally activating the drill gives me ore at an abysmal rate, around 0.042/sec (or is this a normal rate on minmus?), even in a dense area that the m700 is displaying at 80% with ore as the filter. Is there something i am doing wrong here?
I'm quite new to corvette building. But whenever I try build my own it always looks terrible. Are there any techniques I'm not aware of that makes parts blend together better and for the ship to look smoother overall?
Recently I have been trying to do some merit mining because I read that it is one of the better ways to earn powerplay merits. However for me I'm barely making any meaningful amount of them. Mining in a Reinforcement system then selling Acquisition system that my pledged power is acquiring less than 30LY away and selling 200T of platinum for 20M gave me only 3K merits. Mining and selling in a reinforcement system owned by my pledged power for 50M credits also gave me 3K. I did read some comments and see a video showing that I should be getting 10 times this, is there something I am doing wrong?
I'm looking for some mods that enhance the textures of the general landscape and building interiors and exteriors, are there any good ones on the nexus?
Some of the PvE builds for the mamba I'm seeing use frags only. But isn't that a waste of that size 4 hard point. Or is that one of the better builds for the mamba? And is the mamba best built around shields or hull?
Is this enabled by default. If it is how do I stop it?
I seem to remember it got a 1.0 update but haven't seen it in the Ingame mod browser for a while?
