I'm looking for Iphone 5s and 6s DDP shipping to IRAQ 🇮🇶

Can somebody tell me why is Doorzo taking so long to resume FedEx shipping to Middle east?
I checked with FedEx and other proxy and they've been back for over a week now so I don't understand this delay
