FALSE RAPE , need help
Hey guys , i met this girl over a dating app where it matches you with people and you just go on the date , i went on the date , she asks me to come back home with me , i say yes , we watch a movie in my bed , she makes the first moves , we start having sex i tell her im gonna grab a condom real quick she tells me no you do not have to im on birth control , and then we cuddle and then have sex again , so i turn on the light i see some demonic tattoos on her stomach and i tell her thats not my vibe but im sorry i need to sleep i have work tomorrow , a month and a half later , two cops come asking for me , i wasnt home , they talk to me on the phone saying i'm being raped for a third degree rape felony and i have to come surrender myself , i did not rape her or do anything to her , she made every move , but she went and claimed that she told me to wear a condom and i said no which is ridiclous , i will go to surrender myself in a couple of days but i need to know what to do because i'm planning to fight this and how can the cops just believe someone because they said so ,
