Not a clue what this is can anyone tell me

What is your opinion on this? I met this man in my building elevator and we exchanged phone numbers. This is how the texts went

**Him:**
“Hey \[redacted\], it’s \[redacted\] from the elevator. It was really nice meeting you a couple nights ago. I was wondering if you wanted to get a drink sometime?”
**You:**
“Hey \[redacted\], it was nice meeting you too. That sounds like a plan, when were you thinking?”
**Him:**
“I was thinking Sunday evening at 5. I know a good spot we could grab a drink and some food. What do you say?”
**You:**
“That sounds good. May I ask what the spot is?”
**Him:**
“I was thinking \[redacted\] and maybe followed by a walk by the water. What do you think?”
**You:**
“That sounds lovely. Funnily enough I was there yesterday with my mom. I really like it there.”
**Him:**
“Oh, that’s awesome. If you were there yesterday, I can take you somewhere else.”
**You:**
“No no we’ll enjoy our evening there”
**Him**
“Ok then. Sounds like a plan. We’ll have a good time
