A fun little character i made for a local convention based entirely around the Streetpass function on the 3DS. I had a second 3DS in my spell book along with some stickers i was giving out. Both the console in the staff and in the book were fully functional so I had heaps of Streetpasses when I got home.

I know the costume isn't as detailed as some others on this sub but im still really happy with it. Also I grew the beard out for a little over a year just for this costume so thats got to count for something right?

Got almost both systems to a full queue. I was cosplaying as the Streetpass Wizard. My second 3ds was hidden in the book along with the stickers I was giving out. If you saw me, say hi in the comments and let me know where youre putting your sticker if you got one. I sometimes forgot to give them out so apologies if i didnt give you one. I have spares so will be giving them out at the next convention i go to (so if you see me come and get a sticker)

It was his first day on the job a couple weeks ago and gotta teach him the trade

After seeing the cool comics being made by echotango4420, it inspired me to share the proof of concept pilot issue that I made in January which is very similar to what he makes. Was definitely going to go in a different direction with the plot but I couldn't get the idea working properly in my head so it never got any further than the pilot ive got here. I may end up revisiting it later if i figure it out.

I see all the alternatives to browsers and u see duck duck go as a replacement search engine for Google all the time but i almost never see the browser itself brought up. Ive been using it for about a year now and have had very few issues with it. Given it does stop apps on your phone from tracking you im willing to put up with the occasional stutter from the browser itself. Curious to see what other people think of the browser on mobile

I recently swapped my work phone from an iPhone 11 to a 15 and my van won't allow anything to connect to it. I've cleared all saved devices, initialised the radio, tried an iPhone 15, 11 (different one), 17 pro max and Samsung galaxy s24. It's a work vehicle so changing the radio isn't an option. I swear I've read the manual front to back. Has anyone had this before and how did you fix it? Any help is very much appreciated

I'm kidding obviously, my brakes had been sounding horrific for quite a while so did the pads, rotors and fluid on my VE today. I mean what's more Australian than working on your Commodore on a public holiday?

For anyone interested I put on DBA street series pads, DBA street series vented rotors and Penrite super dot4 brake fluid (it was all they had on hand when I went and picked up my pads from Supercheap)
