As someone who hates any spoilers, I still bother me that there are some spoiler tagged things which do not give any ibdication as it could be someone reading ahead on patreon, buying the book before I can get through the audiobook or before that is available or before I have finished my umpteenth relisten to be up to datt on the latest events again for when the series continues.

I wish everyone would make clear spoiler indications as I keep seeing posts, I am curious about but unsure if I should dare looking. XD

Ah well. Still so excited for the next book. 😊😊

So, I made the yogurt as usual and somehow it doesn't drain whey.

I use a plastic sieve that came with the yogurtmaker and usually it separates the liquid well. Occasionally a bit more whitish whey, but mostly clearish.

This time, the whole batch from 1.5 L just ran through. Would have been almost less than 200g of greek yogurt. So, I mixed it together and keep it as yogurt. But I'd like to understand why this could have happened. I used some yogurt from backslopped the 2nd time. So, this would be 3rd. Starter, 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

Is it too much backslopping for the starter I used or could high environment temperature during heat wave have been the cause?

I use UHT heat up to temp, mix 1tsp yogurt starter in then 14h at 42°C/107.6°F in my yogurt maker at 30°C/86°F room temperature... Put in the fridge then for 24h before trying to drain.

I currently finished writing several bed time stories and am about to start illustrating them to turn them into toddler books. Now, I for sure will publish them as printed versions, but I am unsure if all the extra effort to do them digitally is worth it from the beginning.

I raised my son on printed books and we kept most of them. But with everything becoming more expensive and more digital, I wonder how many young parents would like to save on shelf space and would rather get an ebook.

Also, there might be parents or grandparents who would benefit from ebook formats for accessibility reasons. But I know making a picture book accessible will be a bunch of work and I am not sure if enoigh people actually read ebooks to their toddlers to make it worth it.

Anybody experience with reading ebooks to their toddlers and young children? Like what is your preference?
