I need help somehow I’ll say what happened

I'm 18 and recently a group of people started posting a long list of allegations about me online. Some of the accusations are extremely serious, while others are rumors, exaggerations, or things that don't even make sense. A lot of the posts reference other people "confirming" things, but most of what I've seen is screenshots of people repeating the same claims to each other.
I'm trying to figure out how to handle this situation. Do I publicly respond to every allegation, post evidence for the ones I can disprove, or stay quiet and let it die down? My concern is that people are treating reposts and hearsay as proof. Has anyone dealt with a situation where a lot of accusations were being spread about them online? What did you do? My issue isn't people disliking me it's that a bunch of different allegations are being grouped together and presented as established facts. Some of the claims are things I can directly disprove, some are opinions, and some are based on "someone told me" stories. I'm looking for advice on how to respond without making the situation worse.

I need help (screenshots if necessary)

So basically, I got into an argument with my cousin's friend because she has a habit of screenshotting messages from our group chat and sending them to other people. This isn't the first time it's happened, and I finally got frustrated and called her out for it because it feels sneaky and makes it hard to trust anyone in the chat. Instead of talking it out, everything blew up. My cousin ended up blocking everyone and even posted about me on her story, which honestly confused me because she knows what was going on. Now it feels like people are hearing one side of the story and acting like I'm the problem for speaking up. From my perspective, all I did was call out behavior that I thought was wrong, and somehow that turned into a whole bunch of drama. Am I wrong for being upset that private group chat messages were getting shared around? 😭 and they’re throwing false allegations against me

Break up

I’m sorry I feel like this is a good idk place to vent I’m 18 and we’ve been broken up for atleast a month but we stayed talking afterwards I tried moving on and stuff but it genuinely didn’t work out I told the girl I was still stuck on my ex but two days ago me and my ex were otp together and yesterday we kissed then someone showed her a video of me and the other kissing and I tried telling her it didn’t mean anything she said she didn’t care and that she’s mad I lied and I started having a panic attack and I grabbed her to get her attention and when she sat down I hit the table and yelled out fuck at the library (I’m sorry if it doesn’t make sense) I genuinely like her I love this girl and I just want to reach out some how I made her cry and I feel bad about it.
