I was told that Mr Gasket sold a part for vacuum secondary carbs that made them work like a mechanical secondary. What did that part look like?

Not sure if I'm in the right place. I've seen where some use hard Styrofoam and spray foam around edges instead of fiberglass batts. It seems like it would be better because there would be no airflow at all. Curious what the pros think. I have a room I'm redoing and one wall gets a lot of sun
