If Rocks was a tier above young Roger and Garp, his Domi reversi form would have cut through them like butter. Nothing in the story implies he was above them in 1v1 combat, if anything the story consistently potrayed the 3 as relative to one another.

Prime Roger and Prime Garp are a different story though.

Afterall Davy back fights was how he collected his crew. And he did it for bums like Ganzui so why wasn't he ever able to snatch Rayleigh or Gaban from Roger? There's no way he never tried, he was hunting for strong pirates on the sea and stealing crewmates.

There is no character in this manga who's enemies, bloodthirsty enemies, ride his dick like Roger's enemies did. This mf literally wanted to kill and sink Roger in the middle of the sea and yet came out practically worshipping his strength.

Kaido, in the last moments of his life, while fighting Nika's reincarnation, the fucking return of Joyboy that he had been waiting for all his life. Even in that moment, Kaido was glazing how Roger conquered the world through his haki alone and mocking Luffy for over relying on his Nika devil fruit.

The fact that there are real people thinking Shanks or Mihawk have ever had potrayal even close to Roger is exactly why powerscalers have the reputation they have.

Like they're already ready to fight within minutes of tanking Omen attacks from top 1 in the verse. Endurance and Dura beasts

Zoro :

• Can literally cut fire. Canonically cut Big mom and Kaido's fire. Perfect counter to Labo's arsenal

• Has advanced conquerors haki

• Top 3 endurance of any character in the series

People just don't understand how difficult it would be for a one-armed swordsman to fight a two-armed swordsman with relative haki and speed.

There's a reason Mihawk calls him a "one-armed has been" and doesn't engage in duels anymore, he doesn't want his rival to be embarassed everytime.

The "Joyboy level haki" and "wifi haki" are just matters of reading comprehension.

There's a reason why Oda keeps top tier swordsmen away from Luffy. He has a weakness to cutting attacks.
