Biolectricity and the 10 Charges It holds

Biolectricity is a power system I came up a few days ago and I'm fleshing it out. I've only got the 10 basic Charges so far but there is also 10 more powers that can only be accessed by "Gigajoules" who gain legendary status and power when they obtain the enhanced powers.

Theres a few way to obtain the powers, 1) Be Born into one 2) Get a Fuse Breaker to give them to you 3) Get stuck by lightning (and live not guaranteed) 4) Kill a thunderbird and eat its Bioelectric organ. If you have any feedback Ill be happy to listen to it

Im still not over the cancelation of the Deltarune series

Chapter 5 being out makes me so sad that we wont get to see them play it I really wish the continued the game

Hot take: The New updates are fine

The update systen of minecraft aren't meant to be massive game changing updates that bring millions back to the game each quarter. They're just additions to the gane, if you dont play the game 24/7 and drop in and out of playing like i assume most people do you get bombared with new content from the drops. I recently got back into the game after dropping out for a while and felt like I couldn't even get to all the new content since there was so much.

Is there a substance used in the formation of gunpowder i can make rare in my story that subsequently makes guns rare/ expensive without effecting too much else?

something that wouldnt get in the way of agriculture or other technological advances. maybe something about the prosses of making gunpowder? any advice would be helpful
