I understand you would like me to snap my fingers and make you all fabulously wealthy. And if I had a magic wand, I would do it. (for the polite ones.)

But we live in reality. What we are trying to achieve with Boxabl is very ambitious and very difficult. If it wasn’t hard, it wouldn’t be worth doing or somebody would’ve done it already.

When you think of this IPO, please realize this is not the finish line. This is a mechanism that we will leverage to help encourage our success. This is not the end of the road. The stock price will change and the company will change.

We show up and work every day all day on making this company a big win for everyone. But it’s not gonna happen overnight, and we never said it would, we never promised an IPO date or an IPO price or any types of return. What we did say is that you could lose all your money that there are risks that the stock was illiquid that regulatory issues exist that I am a convicted drug dealer, etc. etc. every advertisement we served included a risk disclosure that we encouraged you to read. In many of my investment related webinars I even verbally asked you to read it at the beginning.

In fact, we shared this link to the risks over 100 million times. Did you read it?

Where we’re at now should not surprise you and guess what- it’s not bad. The company is in an amazing position. We are very excited about our opportunities and our progress. We are now public with all the benefits that brings, we are actively ramping up sales, we’ve launched our phase two product lineup, we have amazing partnerships with amazing companies. Etc etc

I am more excited and optimistic about the company’s future than I have ever been.

Yes, what you are calling “ locked up” and “ share split” is in effect and guess what - this is not a bad thing. This is by design to help the company and the shareholders succeed. If you don’t understand how it works, maybe do a Q&A with grok to get more insight.
And no, you cannot predict the future and time your investment just right… success is not a straight road prices go up and down. Or else you would’ve just bought Bitcoin in 2009 🤷

Spreading rumors talking shit and stirring up trouble online it’s not really helping your investment to succeed. You are doing yourself a disservice.

In fact, it’s pretty weird behavior and I wonder if half of these comments are even from real Investors.

We always pitched this as a long-term vision that had a risk of failure. It is not a get rich quick scheme.

Life is not easy guys and usually the hard path is the right one.
