In the Cyberpunk universe, a standard Trauma Team International tactical medical squad consists of four to six heavily armed personnel. Their primary goal is to extract paying clients from active combat zones within minutes.

Squad Roles & Composition

Pilot / Co-Pilot: Maneuvers the AV dropship and operates heavy defensive vehicle turrets.

Security Specialists / Soldiers: Heavily armed combat operatives (comparable to elite special forces) who clear landing zones, suppress threats, and use lethal force to protect the medical crew and client.

Lead EMT / Doctor: The medical lead who directs on-site emergency triage, stabilization, and revival.

Assistant EMT / Crash Cart Specialist: Manages medical gear, monitors life signs, and assists the primary doctor during transit.

The Vox Engine is a massive, heavily armored Cyborg war machine. Boasting heavy weapons and heavy treads.

Vox Engines have three sets of two weapons each:

Plasma Macro-Culverins mounted on each side of its torso.

Plasma Duster Miniguns mounted on each side of its undercarriage, and Icarus Missile Launcher Pods mounted on the back of its Torso, right behind its Macro-Culverins.

The Agitator, much like the Radical, is not too dissimilar from a normal human. However, much like the Radical too, the differences with humans begin exactly where the man ends and the machine begins.

Just like Radicals, Agitators have their own bionic augmentations. Their lower portions are mechanical legs, and their arms have been replaced by robotic limbs. Where the Radical and the Agitator differ is in how much protection they put on. The Agitators wear protective armor to deflect incoming gunfire; this armor renders them temporarily impervious to staggering and protects them from incoming damage. However, this armor can be broken with enough gunfire, which will stun them for a couple seconds before they go back to fighting.
