Whats your opinion on giving up BC

So I was asked by my instructor last year(end of junior year) I was a 2LT and he told me he had a tough time decideing between me and another cadet for battalion commander, obviously I was honored and real happy but I told him. "Honestly, give it to ____ hes louder, and honestly people listen more to him than to me" and he said smth along the lines of me being SASAI which id never heard of before, or XO, now I was enticed bc I had wanted to end my high school years as at least just Major so obviously I told him id take that he said alright and that was that. The next week was our awards ceremony, I got 3 things.

2 medals, Sons of the American revolution. And one from MOAA. As well as a promotion to SASAI LTC. NOT expecting that so I tried keeping a straight face(it failed) and otw home my mom was a bit upset about it telling me it wasn't right or smth that I turned down battalion commander and that I should've taken it. My dad was proud and everyone else said it was fair and good on me. Yes she's ok about it now but idk if this is more of a rant, jeez it's long. Well if someone reads this thank you for the time.

I really am getting tired of this

a network of coordinated scam applications operating on the Google Play Store that are actively impersonating viral PC and console video games to defraud consumers and harvest ad revenue.

'MECCHA CHAMELEON (Early Access)' by 'NASEER STATIONER' is an clone using the trademarked name, branding, and assets of the official PC game by developer lemorion_1224.

'Tomodachi Life: Live the Dream (Early Access)' by 'Kinetic Play Studios' is a clone using the trademarked name and intellectual property of Nintendo's Tomodachi franchise.

'Who Is Your Daddy? (Early Access)' by 'Grace Games' has over 1M+ downloads and is actively infringing on the copyright, trademark, and branding of the official game by Evil Tortilla Games.

All three listings use the 'Early Access' tag as a deceptive tactic to bypass automated security, mask broken code, and serve unskippable advertisements.

I cannot be the key one who thinks it's insane and unfair that people who worked to put together games are easily juts bypassed like this as well as us as players and that 1M who downloaded a fake game like that, true you could argue they should've known better but that's not my point

(If this gets taken down I wanna say that's crazy)

Question for fandoms, why are so many people toxic

I was scrolling through a demon slayer sub for example and anime has some of the most toxic fandoms ever like some people really have nothing better to do than online and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way

Edit: anyone who does see this part of you know of the miracle of an untoxic fandom please let me know

It's not so much fear of the dark bc I'm ok with being in the dark I can find it peaceful but it's when I don't know what there like I see things in the dark like creepy "monsters" and things like that
