Jumped straight into insanity difficult. How screwed am I?

Been trying to print out a Nemesis controller holder. Have the base done but every time I try to print out one of the hand it either gets knocked off the plate, or support fuses with the print.

I've tried multiple different settings and trying a 4th position right now to see if that works.
Has anyone printed this thing and is there any advice to offer? The model is one found on Makeronline.

Sorry I can't give more information as I said I have changed the setting so many times now I can't remember anymore

I know that washing and curing a resin print creates fumes but what about that actual printing itself?

Could I for example do a resin print in my bedroom and do the curing outside?
