Long post ahead and I genuinely appreciate anyone willing to take the time to read it and help if you can. We need any help we can get.

Can someone please help me with this? I’m positive they make trying to get your unclaimed funds so hard you’ll just give up but I’m not giving up as this isn’t for me, it’s for my 73 year old mother who could really use the money and it’s a significant amount that would really help so I’m not ready to give up. She has no clue what she’s doing and I’m not too far behind her at this point but I’m doing my best to help.

I’ll make this as short as possible. Apparently, my long ago deceased father had a life insurance policy or some type of death benefit through John Hancock that nobody was even aware of until we searched our names on the Ohio unclaimed funds site.

My father died over 3 decades ago in 1991 around the age of 40 years old. My mother is now 73. They were separated at time of his death but never anything official and never divorced. She still legally carries his last name. They also share (his) very unique last name so it’s not like they are John and Jen Smith. Not that it probably matters but just saying there is no chance of anyone else in this country even having their last name with their first.

She was never aware of whatever this even is until recently so we don’t even know what it is technically although given the name of the company and that the “last transaction date” lines up with the exact date of his death, it has to be some sort of life insurance policy from an old job. John Hancock refuses to give us any information and the fact that this money was released to the state 15 YEARS ago, they might not even have any anyway. Why or how she was never contacted by them for 20 years after his death is beyond me. Crooks. So anyway, we found all this and filed for the unclaimed funds.

She provided all the originally requested documents like their marriage certificate, his death certificate, social security numbers etc and for some reason that’s not good enough. Of course not. Now they want whatever this is:

1. “Upload proof that you did business with John Hancock Life Insurance”

First of all she never did “any business” with them. He likely filled out a form at work 45 years ago with her name and social on it as the beneficiary and never thought about it again. She didn’t even know about the policy. What business would she have done? And as I said they refuse to give us any information.

2. “A court order identifying individuals who are authorized to collect funds on behalf of the company or individual.”

A court order? Honestly I have no idea how any of that works or what they’re even asking for here or where to start. As far as I know, my father never had a will or estate or anything like that. He didn’t have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of when when he died. There was no estate. He moved in with his elderly parents when they split up. He was a BAD alcoholic and lost his job. He had no car. No money in the bank. No job. He owned nothing. He was a barely functioning chronic alcoholic until he ceased functioning and living directly because of that.

3. “copy of the paperwork from the IRS showing proof of the Estate's EIN is needed to complete the claim.
   If this has not yet been obtained, you can apply for an EIN via the IRS at https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-

Ok….do they just want some sort of proof of his social security number? He wasn’t a small business or self employed or whatever else. He worked for a steel mill straight out of Vietnam till he died. But I can follow that link and try to get whatever they want but the other 2 steps, I have no idea what I’m even supposed to do.

This is breaking my heart and making me angry at this point because she thought she was gonna fill out some forms and get some paperwork together and be sent a nice
little check and be finally able to afford a few things and it’s just going to be this run around bs forever isn’t it? So frustrating. I hope my wife doesn’t have to go through this when I die.

I happen to have this. I don’t remember where I got it from. I also happened to accidentally break the CD Sunday night during drunk getcha pull shenanigans.

Anyway, I don’t remember what the “Live Through This Night” remix sounded like. Can’t find that version on the internet anywhere and also can’t find a copy of this for sale anywhere either. Not even at the fuckin’ dollar store!

What am I doing wrong on this highway of murderers? I consider myself an above average endgame player. I pretty much breeze through anything else in this game to the point I get bored at times. I have operators setup to where I feel confident about handing the controller to a toddler and they could probably stay alive for awhile lol.

I get WRECKED on this highway consistently. The escort part and the one after it as well. I usually run crash cart. I tried the ballistic shield and it’s fine for one use but it takes so damn long to recharge. The first section, I’m often getting hit from what seems like every direction and most of the time I can’t even tell where I’m getting hit from. The ballistic shield is much more affective in the 2nd part of the highway but I still have issues here and there. I don’t have an issue with this glitch before or after the highway, it’s back to easy street. But that damn highway….

Now I’ve done all 3 operators for this fracture’s bonus skins so I really have no need to ever do it again if I don’t want to but I’m curious as to how people are breezing through that highway stage and if they are, what’s the strategy?

Hello. These are blowing for me about once every 30-40 days. I know cheap Amazon parts are frowned upon but before buying these, I bought a “good” one and it lasted about the same amount of time before the dryer quit drying. So any idea what is causing these to go bad so fast?

If it matters, the dryer is a Maytag MEDC400BW1.
