OP-COM firmware

Hi guys,

I was wondering if has OP-COM firmware to share?

Currently purchased a V1.70 OPCOM with genuine chipset to be flashed with original firmware for more ECU programming capabilities and for adjusting gearbox parameters.

On the internet all the OPCOM software (original and cracked) can be found but unfortunately not the firmware…..

EDIT: I‘m looking for the .hex files to use in OCFlash, V1.39 or V1.59, preferably not through a forum where I need to pay 40 USD for a registration first.

Replace gaiter or driveshaft?

Hi guys,

Would love to ask you guys for advice!

I run a 2002 Opel/Vauxhaul Corsa C 1.2 easytronic (previous owner grandma) with 120.000km on the clock.

Recently I started doing my own maintenance on the car, which is a lot of fun, especially with a DIY-garage close by!

On my first oil, filter and spark plug change I saw underneath of the car (on the bridge) 2 broken driveshaft gaiters on the left.

On the internet the opinion on changing them is quite mixed, some people state it is easier to just replace the driveshaft seen for convenience, others say you should replace the gaiters.

The car drives fine and I don’t hear any strange noises while driving, even when the wheels are completely turned.

My last service of the car was in September 2025 by mechanic, it seems that he just glued the gaiter, while the told me he replaced it…

I would love to perform the repair myself.

A driveshaft from Febi (decent quality) can be purchased for around 70 euros. Two gaiters will cost around 25.

What would you do? Thanks!
