Hello, Does anyone know the difference between a Custodial account and a bluestone milestone account?

For context, me and my “half” brother have had a verbal agreement that we would split this money our father left us, I would have access to this money currently if he was my “real” father, since he isn’t, my grandmother (his legal guardian) has access to the money. I am wondering if my grandmother has any legal fiduciary responsibility to him, (not that I think my brother would sue her because we’ve had long talks about this money and how we’d split it evenly) but more from a banks perspective I don’t know if they would have an issue with it. So that’s why I’m just wondering if anyone knows the exact terms this bluestone milestone account and what it’s considered, it says it’s a joint checking and savings account and he also could get a debit card for access to the funds. So Again, does anyone know if my grandmother legally holds a responsibility to only withdraw in his best interest? Or is having my grandmother withdrawing money from this account so I can get my funds before he’s 18 legally ok?

Tomorrow will be my 3rd day, I feel like I’m barely improving, how long does it take to become good at stocking and learning where everything goes? They want 40 units per hour (a case, not an individual item) I did about 25 in an hour and 40 minutes. I’m worried I’m not going to improve, any tips on getting better? I know the UPC trick but other than that I’m stuck
