Hello! This is my first time doing this! Please dont mind the horribly unrealistic camo. Id love tips, critiques and anything i could do better.

My grandpa asked me to try and fix it. One of the earbuds isnt charging, seems like it isnt making contact properly since the LED that usually turns on during charge flickers eratically for a few times then turns off. This was confirmed after opening it up. I didnt find any black spots indicating rust damage. I think the correct course of action is to change the little rods in the earbud, but i have no idea how to or what the correct name for them is (english isnt my first language).
