Started a t break today and I'm dreading it so much

Tonight's dinner is popcorn cause I can't be bothered to make anything else.

So for context I have a connective tissue disorder that causes chronic joint pain and my joints to sublocate. I also have non-epileptic seizures cause by PTSD and panic attacks.

We recently moved to Michigan 3 months ago and this has been time I've lived in a state where weed is legal and... It has been a game changer for me.

I went from my chronic pain being at least a 5 or 6 everyday to at most a 2 or 3, and I've only had a seizure a handful of times in three months which is a major improvement from when I was having them at least 2 to 3 times a week.

The problem is that my roommate wanted to take a tolerance break and I agreed because I've been smoking 2 or 3 times a day for about a month and I think I've built up a bit of a tolerance (I'm honestly not fully sure cause I still get pretty high and it still takes my pain away)

I just took 1200mg of ibuprofen and it's barely touched my pain today and I know it's just going to get worse, ughhh

UPDATE: I went and smoked and I feel a lot better. I think I was only Doing the t break because I still kinda feel guilty for doing it in the first place and I didn't want to let my roommate down (they didn't pressure me at all I just pressured myself). That's the problem with my PTSD and anxiety, I just feel guilty about everything. I'm trying to work on it

I can't smoke rn and I'm flaring so bad

So I struggle with bad joint pain from hypermobility and chronic sublocations. About 2 months ago I moved to Michigan and started smoking weed and taking cannabis oil to help and it's been PHENOMENAL.

Unfortunately we're currently visiting Kentucky again for the weekend and it's still not legal here plus we're staying with my in-laws so I can't smoke right now.

I feel like I'm going crazy how did I live like this for YEARS and ignore it. It doesn't help that I'm also on my period right now so I'm also dealing with cramps.

I just gotta make it til Monday

Should I get reevaluated for epilepsy

Hi so a year ago I had my first (confirmed) seizure. It was convulsive, I completely lost consciousness, lost control of my bladder and bowels, and nearly aspirated on my own vomit (my husband stopped me from rolling on my back). I was exhausted and tasted metal for over a week after

I then found out that the dizzy spells where I spoke gibberish and got super confused were likely also seizure.

So they gave me vimpat and start doing a bunch of tests. Everything looks fine so they sent me to the emu for 4 days.

I had a lot of the little dizzy spells and ended up pretty dissociated. But no convulsions or loss of conscience.

The results came back and there was no abnormal electrical activity so they diagnosed me with pnes (they ALSO released me from the emu extremely traumatized and dissociated on a Friday evening so I couldn't even see my gp with no help or anxiety meds, just it's not epilepsy we dont care)

I'm now on anxiety meds and working through my pnes episode but... I've been having seizures in my sleep. My husband has told me multiple times that I have had full convulsions in my sleep.

And yesterday I had a convulsive seizure again and I fully lost consciousness again. My husband told me it seemed a lot different than the other seizures I've had and looked more like the first seizure I had. I also have that same tired feeling that I did after the first one and my mouth has tasted wrong all day.

Should I get reevaluated for epilepsy? I know you can have both pnes and epilepsy. Do you think this sounds like epilepsy or just pnes?

Involuntary regression after seizures

Hi I've been in the community for several years now and almost all of my regression has been voluntary and a healthy coping mechanism.

However about a year ago I started having seizures and here recently I've noticed that I always regress after and that I can't control it.

This isn't a great situation to be in since I've had seizures in public and then I'll be regressed after (one time I had one in the hospital and I regressed and kept asking the doctor for a hug )

Does anyone have any advice on stopping involuntary regression especially if you also have like seizures or something similar?

@angelfairer / @angellimbed / @thejournalingrat - so much but so different

apologies if @angelfairer is no longer their tiktok handle, i deleted tiktok so i can't check

essentially, it's this creator named Lia who mainly focuses on their chronic illnesses amongst other things. they caught my attention when i was on tiktok mainly cause i got a weird vibe - the whole age regression/dog cage thing while posting suggestively.

while trying to find anything about her, all i could find was one single reddit post from this sub a bit ago and thats where i learned that this creator does online SW, including allegedly having a video of her on a porn site in her dog cage with dog ears on...

i find the whole "hiding your SW" a bit deceptive and fishy considering a LOT of her content is about age regression, acting like a child, and the dog cage, all of which are a bit kinky and made me feel uncomfortable whenever she did post about those topics.

im also not claiming that she doesn't have any chronic illnesses - however, the way she describes her most debilitating illness (MECFS) is that even looking at a screen to watch a movie or do work can take her out for a week. im not sure how she manages 3 instagram pages, multiple tiktok accounts, and does online SW with the way she describes her day to day with the illness. i am by no means denying the illness of MECFS, nor claiming this creator does not have any illnesses - i simply am wanting to know if anyone else has noticed this creator and has wondered the same about the story they are telling

edit to add: thought i should mention the handle of her SW promotion account, since you wouldnt find it naturally: @shyprincesslia on tiktok. also, holy shit 17 shares? im about to get ratioed on this post and ive got no idea why lmao
