Thinking of joining the Online MBA at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for the October batch. (Body)

If anyone is currently studying there or has completed the program, I’d love to hear your experience. How are the classes, faculty, and overall learning experience? Is it manageable along with a full-time job? How are the exams conducted? Please DM me or drop your opinion in the comments. Any insights would be really helpful. Thanks!

The right person feels like home, not homework

I used to think connection was something you had to earn. You show up with the best version of yourself, edit your texts twice, keep score of who called last, and call that effort. I thought love was a project you manage. Deadlines, metrics, late-night overtime to make someone stay.

Then I learned the difference between chasing and belonging.

Home isn’t a place you audition for. You don’t walk through the door wondering if you’re enough, if you said the right thing, if you’re too much or not enough. Home is where you exhale. Your shoulders drop. You can be quiet without being asked “what’s wrong.” You can be loud without being told “you’re too much.” Home doesn’t keep you on your toes. It lets you kick your shoes off.

Homework is different. Homework is anxiety in disguise. It’s rereading a message to decode tone. It’s calculating how long to wait before replying so you don’t look desperate. It’s shrinking yourself to fit someone else’s comfort zone. It’s convincing, proving, performing. It’s work that never ends because the rubric keeps changing.

The ones where affection feels like a test you might fail. The ones where peace is rare and tension is routine. The ones where you’re always “working on it” but it never feels worked out.

I want the kind of connection that feels like coming back to yourself. Where silence is safe, not suspicious. Where effort exists, but it’s not exhausting. You water a plant because you want to see it grow, not because you’re afraid it’ll die if you blink. That’s the difference. Care without fear. Growth without pressure.

Market so choppy

boring market is the financial equivalent of a flatline, where price charts crawl sideways in a agonizingly tight range that drains all excitement from the trading floor. Volume dries up entirely as big institutional players sit on the sidelines, leaving the market devoid of momentum or clear direction. Every minor breakout immediately fizzles out, volatility drops to absolute zero, and even major news catalysts fail to spark a reaction. It is a slow, uneventful waiting game where the screen barely blinks, loudly signaling that the market has gone completely to sleep.
