Is anyone actually able to rely on the KDMT or NMMT bus tracking apps for their daily commute, or are we all just pretending these things work?

​Both corporations boast about their "smart transit" and GPS integration, but the real-time tracking is a complete joke. The apps (whether it’s the NMMT BusTracker or the KDMT Bus Service app) routinely freeze, show ghost buses that don't exist, or keep a bus at "5 minutes away" for half an hour.

Half the time, I’m staring at the map waiting for the icon to move, only to watch the actual bus zoom past me in real life while the app says it’s still two stops away.

​We are relying on public transport for work and daily schedules. The unreliability of these apps defeats their entire purpose and forces us back to standing at the bus stop for 40 minutes hoping for the best.

​Has anyone found a legitimate workaround? Are third-party apps pulling better API data, or are there specific local WhatsApp/Telegram groups that actually update real-time movements? Because relying on the official apps is just planning to be late.
