Hey guys so I’m not trying to make this a big deal but what thing that irks me about my store is the uniform policy. My store says us men have to wear business casual clothes ( Very understandable ) however the managers allows women at my job to wear revealing clothes. It pmo because no one tells them anything but when I wear a dressy shirt with no collar, I get told something. I honestly think the managers are creep but that’s not my business to be discussing. Is this just my store or does this happen at your guy’s stores aswell?

My biggest pet peeves is when I see Asian members with a cart full of empty boxes and like one or two items in the basket. I’m not sure if that’s a pet peeve for y’all but man save some boxes for everyone else lol. Another pet peeve for me is when members don’t take out anything from the cart/s, I had this happened to me yesterday where a Mexican family had 3 shopping carts and they didn’t take out anything or even help load the basket. The daughter did help a little bit but man you got three people atleast help. Another Pet peeve is when the cashiers sends assistants to go run something and the member says that the wrong item. Why can’t they just send the members to go get it. Thats happened to me more than once and in one of the instances, I had to run three times to get the coffee for the members because they didn’t know which instant coffee to get

Last Pet Peeve that I can think of is when I try taking out small items out and they say “oh well the barcode is up” I’m like yes but they want us to take out the small items to help out the cashier and they respond back saying “Oh but I wanted the cashier ti scan it quickly”. We have a cashier who wants all the small items out he don’t care if the barcode is up or not
