Professor is not responding after confirming supervision.
Hi guys. A professor from NZ agreed to supervise me for phd after comducting an interview,sent me an email stating he will be happy to supervise me on, Aug 3. I replied by asking about the details of proposals that i have to submit but havent received any answer so far even after 5 days.. is this normal or should i be worried?

I applied for phd in Aut, the supervisor also found my proposal interesting but asked me to get my eligibility checked from uni website. Did that as well, and my application was progressed to programme outcome but received an email yesterday of rejection due to no capacity. Heartbroken rn.
