don't prefer cse THAT bad, and also confused about the value of iit tag

i got a great percentile in mains but messed up in advanced. i have interest in machine learning and coding but i am getting this branch in tier III iits. but fortunately, these two options in iit bhu saved me. now should i go for either of these branches or go for cse / ee in tier III? and if i choose bhu, should i choose chemical over mechanical so that i get more time? (also i heard chemical had better placements)

please help.

basically i just want to remain confident and try to avoid my mistakes, but jab bhi koi question dekhta hu is subreddit pe ya kahin aur agar samajh na aaye toh i get demotivated. 200+ marks laa sakta hu agar silly errors na karu toh. what should i do in these two weeks? how much time should i devote to revision and tests?
