[German Austrian > English] Handwritten Birth Record
I believe this (the line with the orange arrow) is the birth record for Josef Konrad. I would be forever grateful if anyone could let me know what it all says. Thank you so much!

I found the passenger list on MyHeritage! But I can't figure out how to get a certified copy of the original (I can't find this passenger list anywhere else on the internet; it appears to be a FamilySearch image, but I couldn't find it there, either). If you know how I might find/order a copy of this, I would be forever grateful!

Canadian census records (beginning in the 1800s) show a family living, working, and dying in BC, Canada, with the eldest male British...
--how many years did one need to live/work in Canada in the 1800s to be eligible for citizenship?
--were British automatically given Canadian citizenship in the 1800s?
--would that pass down to his children?
Thank you for your guidance!
Alfred Thomas Williams (1826–1891) LV6M-11G https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/vitals/LV6M-11G is listed as the head of the household.
The census names him as THOMAS Williams.
His kids' marriage records list him as ALFRED Williams.
All other details match. So I'm assuming he really was Alfred Thomas Williams.
But the birth record attached at FamilySearch is for a THOMAS Williams at birth (no Alfred is listed at birth). So I think the wrong guy is attached to this family?
The family itself is accurate, we know from family records, but the man attached to them appears incorrect?
If you have more direction to point me in, links, or have found these birth, baptism, or passenger documents yourself, I am already so grateful! 🙏🏼
I'm trying to track down Canadian records (for my partner), whose family is Native and White.
His family has a long history in both Canada and the US (due to living and working near the border).
I'm hoping to verify facts to see if there is any Canadian citizenship in his family at any point.
Here is the earliest ancestor I have found online info about, Ma Na Cla/Sarah Queothia, born about 1841...
Here is another ancestor, Frederick Williams, born 1860...
https://ancestors.familysearch.org/en/LV6S-LN7/frederick-williams-1860-1932?cid=fs_copy
Here is another, Frederick Winman (Win) Williams, born 1886 (his military registration card details his North Vancouver, BC, employment at William Lyle Shipyards in 1918 ... hoping to verify how many years he lived and worked in BC)...

Any help directing me to Canadian records, to verify Canadian facts, is so appreciated.
I keep hesitating to send an email to the German government, asking for certified copies of my ancestor's documents because I have no idea what I'll be charged.
For instance, years ago, I was charged about 50 euros then was told there were no documents (but I was billed that and paid it).
More recently, I was charged about 50 euros and was given 3 different digital copies (not certified copies), when I only asked for pricing (so I could first assess if it would be affordable). I paid that, too.
My ideal situation is to ask for certified copies of 6 birth records, 3 marriage records, 1 divorce record. All related family members, half of the documents already found.
What did the German govt. charge you in your situation?
Thank you!
