What to get to replace the 1098s

So the husband donned his biking gear to trundle off to work as normal , has a choice of bikes but for once decided to take the sf1098s , had a call to say I didn’t make it to work 😢 nice lady pulled out on him 99.99% the bike is a total loss and there hard to get in the uk one being around 13k as of what’s for sale at the moment .
Quick inspection of the bike it needs wheels , shocks , bars , headlight and dash , leavers , clutch engine case , fairing , carbon , mirrors , mirrors indicators are Ducati performance etc

He’s pretty banged up but here to tell the tale which is the most important thing .

He won’t go sf848 as we already have one so what you things a good replacement ?

Body confidence slowly coming along

About 2 years ago I decided to get back into the gym after having my son .
I’ve always been the fat kid …
Never once do I loon at myself and really like what I see but now … I just think I’m 44 and not in bad shape , still plenty of work to do but getting there , been on a cut since end of January down 3 stone in weight , no strength loss either .

Has anyone got or fitted one of these to a monster ?

So my 1100s monster is getting some stuff refreshed and upgraded these are advertised for it and I’ve seen them on other models .
Question is my oe is single cable these are the push pull do they fit ? Are they better ? I understand the safety side if the return spring fails the cables there etc . Just not sure on the fitment .

Franchise costs after terminating

Ok so I’m a driving instructor I was working for a big well known brand under a franchise .
Initial training was ok … not what I’d call upto scratch being told I’m ready for my part 2 ( Driving test ) then said all my training hrs around 36hrs worth would go to area my part 3 adi training .
Long story short the instructor trainer could make lessons and dragged things out so falsely signed off 20hrs of training for my pdi trainer license and guaranteed I’d get the training .
Months roll by hear nothing in working every day trying to provide for my family and coving the £800 per month franchise fees .

Part 3 test rolls up I fail by 2 marks nothing major most fail the first time I put it down to lack of training .
Contact the company they send me out another instructor trainer as I’ve already reported to them 3 times I’ve not received my training correctly and papers have been fraudulently signed off and sent to the dvsa .

They wouldn’t do anything unless I filed a formal complaint .. just assumed a phone call stating it is that tbf .

Then the original instructor trainer contacted me how did it I , I said I failed , they said we’ll get the trainings done , 3 months roll by again and they have now retired 😂 great .

So I contacted the company and they just said oh here’s an additional 6hrs the it was in all honesty a muppet asked what I wanted I said part 3 training specifically .
After 6 hrs all I got was I don’t ask enough questions … ok cheers .

I had the option to get a 3rd pdi but it got refused and I decided to not appeal the process …. Resulting in no pdi license no right to train for payment etc

I rang the company explained said I’m done come get the car , this took a further 4 weeks to get done .

The finals reminded the franchise then sent me a letter saying I owe them 15k franchise fees .

I said look itemise then for me u can’t just say it’s fees … I also said you have breached your contract he breached it also let’s just call it quits as I’ll happily go to court I have all the message exchange from the first it stating they will signs things off not done then catch up …

Sorry for the long story trying to cover it all , in a nut shell how can they say “ franchise fees “ without any breakdown , if we go to court would I have a chance to fight it for what they did and especially if I forward it to padi at the dvsa .
