Greetings from Trieste, a beautiful Mediterranean city on the upper Adriatic. This is the LEGO Miramare, my reproduction of Miramare Castle in Trieste, where Maximilian of Habsburg lived. He lived in the castle until his departure for Mexico, where he became emperor and died years later. Hola a todos.

Les escribo desde Trieste, una ciudad del norte del mar Adriático que tiene una conexión histórica muy especial con México.

Aquí se encuentra el Castillo de Miramare, residencia de Maximiliano de Habsburgo antes de aceptar la corona del Segundo Imperio Mexicano y partir hacia Veracruz.

Como aficionado a la historia, siempre me ha fascinado este vínculo entre nuestras dos tierras. Por eso decidí recrear el castillo en LEGO.

Pensé que algunos aquí podrían encontrar interesante esta pequeña conexión entre Trieste y México.
