If you're suspended on Instagram - read description
One of my own accounts (around 250K followers) was permanently disabled after submitting an appeal through the standard process. That experience pushed me to start looking deeper on it
After testing different appeal submission patterns across multiple suspended accounts, I noticed that the outcome can vary a lot depending on how and when the appeal is submitted — especially in cases where the account is not yet fully closed or permanently disabled.
This is NOT a guaranteed method and it doesn’t apply to all cases. If an account is already permanently disabled after full review, there is usually no recovery path through appeals.
If you’re currently suspended (not disabled) and unsure what to do next, you can DM me. Note: Don't fall for people who ask for payment upfront - they're scammers.
Thanks.
