Real Name: Siddharth Chavan Address: 156/69, M. Phulenagar, Krishna Nagar, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune – 411019 Hometown: Kolhapur

I purchased a PC and a TV from MadxPC Store and paid ₹19,000 as an advance in December 2025. Even after several months, I have not received the products and my money has also not been refunded.

Later, I found out that MadxPC Store is now operating under the name “Omega PC”. I believe this may be connected to Siddharth Chavan, so I am mentioning it as it may help in identifying the person and the business.

Initially, I was given different reasons for why the products were delayed. After waiting for a long time, I asked for a refund. I was given two cheques as a refund, but both cheques were returned unpaid. After that, my calls and messages were no longer answered.

I have proof of the transaction and the communication, including payment records, chat screenshots, and copies/records of both bounced cheques.

I have also come across five other people who say they were scammed through MadxPC Store. Their cases are similar to mine. They also paid money in advance for products but did not receive them and were later given excuses, delays, or promised refunds that were not fulfilled. I can provide their details and supporting evidence to the investigating authorities if required.

During my conversations with Siddharth Chavan, he shared some family details with me and said that his father's name was Maruti Chavan. His father's name also appeared in some of the communication. I am attaching the photographs that were shared with me for identification and as supporting material for this complaint.

I request the authorities to investigate my complaint along with the similar complaints of the other five victims and take appropriate legal action based on the evidence available.
