No charger light and not turning on

i just got home and tried turning on my computer to find out nothing on it is working no charging light no power light i tried unplugging it and holding the power button for 60 seconds anyone know a fix

So i already have a rgh that a bought a couple years ago but i have a normal xbox 360e that i was curious about using the new soft mod method to mod and was just wondering can you play online games with this method ? and if so do you need to have a stealth server
