Help! Newbie here and just wanna make sure this is legit as its my first diptyque, an eau rose. Please legit check and thank you!

Took me a year din to finally give in to my first niche perfume. Two weeks ago, dupe lng hinahanap ko (for my wedding) pero after trying out other rose scented perfumes, parang wala talagang makakatalo sa diptyque eau rose edp, grabe. Sakto sale sa Zalora kaya bumili nlng tlga ako. Sa buong buhay ko, this is the second time lang na I bought myself an expensive perfume and I cant stop smiling about it. Muli kong naramdaman na ganito pala feeling bumili ng pabango, yie. Sana di ko kaadikan ang pagcollect dahil ang gastos!!! pero shiet, parang gusto ko naman ng rice scented (Leau Papier? 🥹), chour. De, uubusin ko muna to hahahah

Anyway as a newbie im wondering, to those who has a diptyque in their collection, for how long na yung diptyque niyo and does it smell the same until now?

Also sharing, the second pic, thats the very first perfume I bought for myself. Meron kasi akong nabili na essential oil para sa humidifier na chai scented and sa sobrang like ko, ginawa ko syang pabango and applied it sa balat ko HAHAHA I know, wrong pero ang bango tlga eh. Nung naubos na, I have been searching for something similar na perfume and iyang Hex tlga yung closest according sa mga na search ko. Soo, I bought it sa Etsy, Andromeda's Curse, had it shipped via philpost (grabeng tiwala lang) and okay naman, sobrang bango for me and tumpak na tumpak sa chai tea latte. 2021 ko pa binili but until now ganun padin yung smell niya. Ganun din ba sa diptyque? Di nagchachange ang smell over a long time? Weee

I’ve been eyeing Diptyque Eau Rose EDP for about a year, and I finally got one online from Zalora for such a steal ($146, thanks to discount coupons!). I compared it with photos/posts from people who have identified fakes and replicas, and I’m quite sure I got a legit one despite the low price.

I also checked the batch code online, and it says the manufacture date was May 2025. I’m pretty new to fragrances, so I don’t know if that’s considered good or bad? For those of you who own Diptyque perfumes, how long have you had your opened bottles, and are they still good to this day? I know storage is a big factor in fragrance longevity, so I’m curious about everyone’s experience.

This is actually only the second perfume I’ve ever bought for myself. My first was a chai tea latte perfume oil from Etsy, which I bought way back in 2021- and it still smells just as good as when I first got it!

I honestly can’t stop smiling whenever I think about this purchase because I’ve been searching for a rose scent for my wedding that really matches the mental image I have of a rose. A lot of people recommended Delina La Rosée, but it was just too fruity and too strong for our tropical weather. I also tried a rose fragrance from a local brand, but it was too sweet and strawberry-like for what I was looking for.
Then I tried Eau Rose, and my dear lord- it’s PERFECT.

I’m not really into fragrances (yet 😂), but now I’m seriously considering starting a Diptyque collection. I’m eyeing Papier next, or maybe Orphéon- although I haven’t tested Orphéon yet! Would love to hear how long your Diptyque bottles have lasted, especially Eau Rose EDP!
