skl that I just watched a movie which I think was by far the best na napanood ko in portraying depression. Title of the film is Aftersun (2022). I loved how subtle yung depiction ng mental disorder because ganun naman tlga sa real life eh. Depression, most of the time, its not grand and obvious and loud. I also loved that the movie showed how birthdays are like for people with depression. Birthdays are the worst. Imagine wanting to die but here you are living another day and people expect you to celebrate it and be thankful for life? No. Not in the movie as well.

Basta watch niyo nlng if you feel like lying in bed all day. Any movie recommendation for me as well?
