Email says to arrive two hours early?
I have a VIP ticket for tonight's 7pm show in Edmonton, but it says that check-in starts at 5pm and I shouldn't be late if I want my merch package. Does this mean that I have to show up for five, or can I come at any time between 5pm and 6:30pm-ish? I don't want to sit around for two hours waiting for things to start, so I'd appreciate insights from others. I did reach out to their team over email and facebook with this question, but just haven't heard back yet.
EDIT: They just got back to me on messenger, and said I should be fine if I get there sometime between 6:15 pm and 6:45 pm. I'll leave this post here in case anyone else had a similar question.
