I'm a lover of older commanders especially those still viable. My [[mikaeus, the unhallowed]] still puts in the work 15 years after building him, same sleeves too. I remember Lazar being a nightmare back in the day and I feel like he might still be today. I'm interested in seeing your oldie but goodie degenerate decks.
Are you more hesitant to work for a cafe that has uniforms? What about checklists, pre designed music playlist and a script? I just started managing a space that does this and I fear it's scaring away talented people and creating a sterile environment for guest experience. But am I an outlier?
