Fix your fucking game
Every single time a strike lands in online the match completely restarts. Both me and my opponent have always had a stable and fast internet connection with low ping.
Completely insane that this actually happens.
It happened over 12 times in one match in one instance.

First game on Deathslinger, he feels really clunky/bad (from a new player)
I'd like to preface with the information that I am pretty new to this game, but even more so to killer. I have maybe 30 total hours playing killer, with most of those game being on Jason and Springtrap.
After playing both of those killers, I decided I wanted to try Deathslinger because he's a cowboy which automatically = cool.
Man does he not feel great. He's SOOOOOO slow. I know that Springtrap and Jason are both very high mobility and very strong but holy guacamole it feels like someone turned the harpoon to slinger's knees. It felt like it was impossible to pressure gens throughout the match because I couldn't freaking get to any of them in time.
His gun is really fun, but he feels so mundane compared to the other two killers that I've played.
Maybe I'm an idiot but I wouldn't hate to see him get some kind of base kit buff or maybe a mini rework, like adding traps that he can place or something. I also think that a smaller terror radius wouldn't be too insanely overpowered.
Also holy matchmaking, two out of the four survivors were dunking on me the whole game and I only caught them because they got desperate for a save.

Survivors sabotaging other survivors
I mostly play killer, but tonight I wanted to try a survivor game. We get all 5 gens done with only 3 hooks. I’m injured, and the Meg sits in front of the 99’d gate switch shaking her head, waits for the killer to down me, and then leaves. I’m assuming the killer (shoutout you) saw this and let me escape regardless.
I don’t understand what the point of that was other than to be a miserable cunt. I got 3 gens done by myself and was able to run the killer for 1 more, so I don’t understand what could prompt such a reaction.
Fuck you attack on titan Meg Thomas, you did nothing useful for basically the entire match.

Really inconsistent frame times
Playing on 2.02, and have capped my fps to 60 through rtss. No matter what I do the frame times spike in the exact same intervals. Any advice?

Absolutely hate that enemies can hear assassinations
No, I don’t care that it’s “more realistic”. Some of the coolest feeling moments from old AC games were killing someone right next to somebody else, without anybody realizing it.
Also makes the rope dart hang near useless for stealth.
Tagging on that we need a proper side eject too

Hood never stays up

The video attached shows half of my issue. I am playing at 1440p, and wish to play on borderless fullscreen. No matter what I do, I cannot hit 2560x1440p without fullscreen.
My other issue is that, for some reason, I am absolutely unable to limit the framerate of this game. Radeon chill, rtss, changing refresh rate, nothing works.
Please, any help is appreciated
