had precum exposure about 12 days ago 2 days before ovulation and my period is due in around 6 days. These past 3 days then I’ve been extremely anxious because I’ve been having symptoms like lower stomach cramps/pain all day, back pain, leg aches, nausea, sweating, feeling hot/body temperature changes, nipple tingling, breasts feeling stiff/full, vaginal tingling, needing to poop more, stronger vaginal odor, darker yellow pee, and even pressure/tightness in my hands. Some of these symptoms feel stronger than my usual PMS and the cramping especially has never lasted like this for me before.
I also took Plan B in March and since then I feel like my PMS symptoms before my period have become more intense, so I don’t know if this could be hormonal/PMS related or if I should worry about pregnancy. I know precum can contain sperm, so I’m scared. Has anyone experienced this and still gotten their period?
