Started Cycling a week ago
I am 22M, 85 Kgs, 5'11. Started working out on cycle in the GYM a week ago, I did 21 kms in 34:12 mins on level 3 resistance. If anyone has an idea, kindly help me to improve this. (Can also guide me on diet or workout as I want to reduce fat and maintain + build muscles. My maintenance calories according to online calculator is around 2800, i am maintaining a 600 - 700 deficit)
