i had tkxel interview scheduled at 9 pm today guess what no response from their side. the screen "was just stuck on " waiting for interviewer's audio" and i kept on waiting untill my allotted waiting time expired what was that even supposed to mean? Im not sure if it was an issue with my internet connection or somthing went wrong on their end. has anyone else experienced this during their interview? id really appreciate hearing if this happened to you too

I recently graduated with a Computer Science degree from a university in Lahore, and I'm feeling completely lost.

I know I need to start applying for jobs, but I don't know which domain to choose or what skills I should focus on. How do you decide between software development, AI, data science, cybersecurity, and other fields? What should a fresh graduate prepare for in interviews and assessment tests?

I also have to leave Lahore and move back to my city, so I can't stay and keep learning here. I want to come back later with a clear plan, but right now I feel overwhelmed and unmotivated because I don't know where to start.

Has anyone been in a similar situation after graduation? Any advice or roadmap would be greatly appreciated.

Last semester, I stayed at a girls' hostel near my university, and my experience raised some serious concerns about privacy and security.

One morning, I woke up while sleeping alone in my room and found a man looking into my room. Later, I was told he was trying to wake residents up for breakfast, but the situation made me extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

I reported the incident immediately and was assured that action would be taken. However, I later saw the same person around again, and similar situations happened more than once. After that, I never felt comfortable in the hostel.

Another issue was the lack of privacy. There were often men coming in and out of the building, and there was no female staff available at night. This was very different from what had been described to my family before I moved in.

I'm sharing this because many students move away from home for the first time and rely on what hostel management tells them. Please visit hostels yourself, talk to current residents, and ask detailed questions about security, privacy, and staff arrangements before making a decision.
