If you’ve seen my most recent post, that’s why I’m asking. Been waiting for 3 days now on my browser appeal for ‘violating child safety’ (a Minecraft trading message… of a chest of golden spears, a shield, and a couple other things [I’ll edit in] for other Minecraft items), and I’m just wondering if I should attempt to appeal through app and just wait in two days.

Here’s more context:
I’ve done trading messages in the same server before, and this was quite abrupt and almost ridiculously unwarranted. My account was clean, not a violation in sight; then I abruptly got slapped with a ban, no warning, no nothing. I said I was trading a shield, a pottery shard, a plush (there’s plugins) and a ton of golden spears along with screenshots of said things (only 5.), and I’m honestly disappointed and baffled on how that could warrant not even a warning and just a straight up ban.

I looked through the guidelines, nothing done wrong; looked over the message before having sent it in a public server, didn’t break the rules in any way. I wouldn‘t ever try to endanger a child or anything, so I’m just wondering: how does that warrant me getting banned?
This ai moderation is quite bad, to put it nicely.
If I remember correctly, I‘ve said the spears before and that didn’t do anything to my account. Anyways, thanks for reading and any advice is quite appreciated.
EDIT: just realized that the stupid reason I got banned was because of the SCREENSHOT OF THE SPEARS IN THE CHEST, BEING IN A GRID. It’s so stupid and now I’m wondering how I can submit a ticket. I’m using the guide and just hoping, so I’ll be waiting til I either get a response (I've already tried to appeal via website) or til several days/get rejected by a bot.
