Really can’t complain about the nedfoss cougar for $35 in 14c28n. Hopefully it holds an edge. Almost feels like a tiny Heretic Wraith.

Whenever a non knife friend comes to me asking for suggestions, I usually have them pull out what they like from my collection and try them all out for a bit. Anybody else help out non knife people in a fun way?

Flipped hardware and one side of scale for fun. I like the contrasting colors. I love these ef355. Such fun fidget chonkers. I didn’t realize they were so big before owning them. But at $29 they are great for bang around.

Bringing out the bailout today. Light but snappy. 10/10 on the edge retention with 3v blade.

I can’t help but sing praises about the Gen 3 Combat Troodon. The carry is comfy. The size is perfect. Action is easy and the window breaker isn’t annoyingly large.

Bringing the black combat Troodon to get some work done today. I love the way it lays with appendix carry. I can’t wear jeans to work so I’d rather be comfy with appendix.

Bought to see what the fuss was about. Really cool and HUGE knife.

My most carried. It’s new so yes, looks like I don’t use it. In fact I haven’t put it down now in weeks. Gone on two vacations with it now. It’s seen rain and cold. Just showing it off. Nothing special. But it’s mine. :)

Hightron Spectron in m390 with pvd. Button plunge lock with no play. FRN scales and spacer with no liner. Surprisingly it feels solid. It’s light and 1/2 inch thick. But blade stock is .08 so it’s thin and spicy slicy. Front flipper works but not needed. Reverse flick is nice and crispy. Thumb roll is kinda clunky. Button swing works. Detente could be stronger as I tend to slam it shut on accident often. But for $40 and m390 it’s not a heavy use knife, but more of a funky looking solid pocket knife that I’d trust to carry around for small tasks and cardboard.

Found this for $30 locally. USA made with d2. Super thin and light. Great size. Smooth detente with no play.

These are great! For $110 on Amazon, and magnacut, I really love it. I prefer bigger knives for my hands so I forget to carry this. But when I do, I tell myself I should carry it more. Haha.

Recently got into automatics after years of putting it off (for no reason I can identify).

Started with the MSI manual but got my hands on an ultratech gen4 and fell in love. So after careful and drawn out consideration, rapidly purchased the combat Troodon and the red ultratech within a week. I’m head over heels for a good OTF now. I’m a believer. Haha.

Really can’t complain. Will gravity shut on phosphor bronze washers.
