Frustrated CRA looking for some tips/tricks

Hey guys, I am a CRA at my local carmax and have been working there for a little over two months. I started in the wash bay and at the end of May/beginning of June I got trained in final clean which is where I have been working since then.

When I started, I was consistently falling off pace and putting myself behind. I thought that would get better over time, but fast forward a month and I am still consistently having that issue and I am worried I am going to eventually lose my job due to underperformance. My cars end up clean and in the month I’ve been doing it, I had one car fail FQC for cleanliness issues towards the beginning. Do any of you have any advice in regard to staying on track? Thanks in advance!

Thinking about changing insurance due to embarrassingly high rate

Hey guys, I am getting creamed by progressive on my insurance and I am in the market for a new insurer for a better rate, but I want to know who would be the most reliable. Two years ago, I got a wet reckless. Due to that, I have to have an SR22 until August of next year. I have a shitty 2011 BMW 3 series and I am paying almost $400 a month and I’m tired of getting taken advantage of because of my record. Has anyone had a similar experience? Who would be reliable, but not exploitative with their rates? I had Geico for 5 years, but switched two years ago when I heard stories of people getting an SR22 through them only to be dropped a week or month later. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, I’m currently looking for a VA WRX and wanted some insight

So I’m looking into getting a VA. I’ve been wanting one for years, and I am wanting to gain some more feedback from people who have owned or do own them. One big question I have is how much worse are the 2015 models than say a 2016 or 17 model? There is a 2015 with 76k miles near me and a 2017 with 89k miles a little farther away but both are the same price. Any feedback is appreciated!

First fresh crack since moving!

I liked this one a lot - poured a little extra so my lady and I can share it. We both got a lot of a leathery and tobacco centered taste with some hints of dark pitted fruits. Very very solid bottle.

I’m a 25M in Sonoma County, CA - I work at a large department store (we all know it) and today is my last shift (has nothing to do with the incident, just crazy timing) and on my first break I was recorded by someone using the bathroom (unbeknownst to me at the time)

My coworker came into the bathroom to do a bathroom check and saw the person in the next stall over standing up with either his cell phone or camera pointed into my stall.

The loss prevention people confronted him and just said “we need to have respect in the bathroom” and just sent him on his merry way. They called the cops an hour after the fact and now some stranger out there has footage of me in a super super vulnerable state. I’m livid and I wish they could have called 912 on the spot and kept him there until the police came. Is there anything I can/should do? Thanks in advance
