My Krystal Pure water softener stopped working a few weeks back and I'm just getting around to trying to fix it. I took the cover off the motor and immediately saw that the large plastic cam gear thing has broken teeth. I am attempting to figure out how to obtain the part online to replace it and see if that does the trick. I have searched for an hour but to no avail. Let me know if I can find any other info (it's an older system with most markings worn away).

I believe the model number is KS64HK.

Got these for $15/lb from an exceptional local butcher sourced from a local ranch. I'm tempted to just treat them like a thicker strip steak. Reverse sear to medium rare. Any thoughts?

Dry brined for 8 hours then cooked on the Weber to medium rare.
