ZamZam water on multi city flights

Salam, I am planning a vacation to TURKEY after Umrah from India Hyderabad

All flights would be with Saudi Airlines

1. HYD - JEDDAH

2. JEDDAH - ISTANBUL

3. ISTANBUL - (Jeddah layover) - HYD

So I am worried about the Zam zam water bottles

...Will I be able to purchase it on my last, return flight on Jeddah layover? Will I be eligible for it?

(or)

...Do I have to purchase it on the 2nd flight only, and if so will I be allowed to carry it back on the 3rd flight?

2. Which benefits work and which dont? Like plus nights, points, Upgrades and dining offers

Week 1 Day 5,

Struck with this terrible Diarrhea since day 4. Almost 50+ flashflood episodes of diarrhea with sulphur burps, mild nausea and gastric trouble. My stomach has not been at rest even for a second from all the churning and noises. Its been 48hrs and this is not stopping.

My doc prescribes REDOTIL 100mg thrice a day to stop the stools and pan 40 before breakfast and dinner. Took these with Idly, electrolytes and coconut water and felt mild abdominal comfort but its all back again. Im exhausted, tired and irritated by the bowel movements so the doc gave me NORMAXIN which I am planning to take now.

Has anybody experienced this? I am planning to stop Mounjaro because I do not want to lose weight this way! My gut literally hurts and is disturbed.I am afraid if its gonna stop any time soon.

Also I lost 5kgs
