My 7i Pro 5080 is pretty rock solid but with Legion Space if I have it running in the task bar my screen will stay black from screen wake up and laptop restarts when I start a game it's very odd, but when I close it I don't have a single issue. I have tried reinstalling it, it's fine for a couple of days then it does it again. Seeing if someone else had same issue? I run in dGpu mode all the time with occasional Hybrid Mode when I need battery life and it's mostly plugged in otherwise.

I have a Lenovo Legion 7i Pro 32gb Ram RTX 5080 16gb Intel 275HX. I reached out to Arrowhead they gave me a list to try and maybe helps but it still does it. I ran benchmarks on performance mode and temps are normal but I always run on Balanced mode. Helldivers is the only game doing this out of my 8 games I normally play (AAA) this is the only game that does this. I keep deleting shader cache, verify files, tried medium settings nothing fixes this.

Sometimes I get lucky it doesn't do it a whole round. I also changed shader cache in Nvidia App to 100gb and put in an exception in Windows Defender. The game runs so smooth then there is this issue and really don't understand because I see Youtubers running this game just fine. This is on a new Windows install not single issue with it and everything works as it should. So no over heating no blue screens nothing weird.

I am completely out of options and narrowed it down to a shitty unsupported graphics engine and really wished that AH used Unreal Engine at the bare minimum but I also understand all the training and learning would of made the game come out way later.

I am just seeing if someone has the same problem and actually fixed it for real.

So i spent 3 months trying to figure out what was going on with my 7i Pro with the 5080. I would get hard lock ups and had freezing for 5 seconds in HD2 and now I finally figured it out.

First time I installed Windows 11 I installed drivers over drivers. I didn't notice because at windows install the first time it doesn't show you whats installed so I installed main drivers for chipset etc when I got to the desktop.

This time I skipped downloading all windows updates and installed them when I got to the desktop and there i seen a whole list of shit it installed for drivers. I then installed Nvidia App not experience. Experience is legacy and the "APP" is suppose to replace it i made that mistake! Perform Clean Install and then after that install Vantage check for updates it will show nothing because Windows Update took care of everything.

Install Legion Space (if you choose) after that you're free to install whatever you want all of my hard lockups and freezing is completely gone and gained more FPS.

Basically if anyone tells you to download anything like chipset don't only download legion space if you're using that. When I first installed Windows and made that mistake of downloading chipset and extra drivers was because in the past thats what we had to do so I guess not anymore.

I currently have the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless I had for 8 years and I don't use it wireless because the quality is crap so I use them wired but I have been having a never ending problem with it switching to 8 channel all the time and causing crackling in games.

I would like to move away from Corsair and very interested in the Kithara's but never used open back before. Do they have good bass? I seen that you would have to have a DAC so I been looking into it. Would the sound quality be a huge improvement?

Я планую піти до школи врешті-решт, але це все одно займе багато часу, і робитиму це дистанційно. Я просто шукаю дистанційну роботу, бо живу посеред ніде.
