My Kp is almost gone from the most unexpected source…

I struggled with it for 10+ years and I’ve tried pretty much everything. I I struggle with the routines because I have ADHD and after a couple of days of being on top of it, I forget about it. Out of sight out of mind. So my arms are always bright red, my legs are always bright red and there’s always sandpaper skin.

Then I started a Glp. It’s been 1 WEEK. And it’s basically gone. No bumps no redness all I can still see are the little spots, but even though are fading.

I read it was a potent anti-inflammatory, but I had no idea that it was this potent.

What day do you take your shot and what dose are you on ? What do you notice differently if you take it earlier versus waiting the seven days

Curious.
I had my first shot this week. I’ve already down 8 pounds which is crazy. Obviously I don’t know if that’s really the right way to lose weight that quickly and I’m assuming it will even out. But I’m curious how many people are taking their shot early because I’m noticing some of the anti-inflammatory benefits seem to be going away on my sixth day.

Altrx NO GOOD

I ordered from Altrx for my first time 8 days ago of course partly due to the price being cheaper. However I keep getting told it is delayed. Of course I called two days ago and said it would be here this weekend. But they keep texting me that my prescriptions delayed despite the fact that it was supposed to be here in a day or two. Instead, what I get is “oh, it’s on its way”. I ask can I get a tracking number? They say “no, Don’t worry, it’ll be there by Monday” Well, Monday has coming gone and there is no package here. They just keep giving me the same text that my rx is delayed ! And clear that the customer service reps are given very distinct things to say when people call upset that their package is so delayed. So if you need your meds so you don’t run out in between months, I would not use this company.

What is your urine usually positive for during a flare ?

The last day’s been a little bit better. The pain isn’t quite as bad however I used a urine strip from the hospital I work at and it showed I was positive for almost everything, but I definitely don’t have a UTI. It’s the regular feelings I always have and I don’t feel sick. Otherwise just my bladder is very inflamed. Am I the only one?

I wish they would sing the foundations of decay in phoenix !

Is it not a very popular song with most people? I love it and am disappointed they won’t play it at the concert !

Airplane pressure…ouch

Every time the plane took off my stomach would get so big and tight (which is usual for me in a bad flare) and now I’m in the worst flare I’ve had in years ! Four airplane rides. Anyone else ?

What was the number one thing that made the biggest difference in pain/frequency?

Mine was my stimulator but when I am even slightly constipated the pain is terrible still. Was there one thing that changed the game for you?
