It's disturbing how many poly people have substance abuse issues.

There's a good chance that if you meet a someone who's poly they have an issue with some recreational drug.

The venn diagram between being a sex pest and having substance abuse issues is a circle, apparently.

Edit: I don't care If I'm "demonizing" poly people. They're not good people.

I honestly don't care anymore.

I'm tired of waking up everyday. I never enjoyed life and it always felt like I'm lying to myself just to keep going. This world sucks.

Confused and lost. 23M, bi and in college.

I'm sure if you guys would classify me as demi or not. For quite a few people, sexual attraction and romantic connection are completely sperate feelings. But for me they're almost the same thing. Sexual connection=Romantic connection. I can't ever do hookups because I know that I wouldn't enjoy it and I would get attached to the hookup partner.(Which is not what you want from casual sex)

I want emotional safeness and security before ever having sex, and as I get older it seems like my preferences are weird and abnormal. It feels like people my age don't care about emotions or compatibility at all. It's a feeling though, and I've have read that there are people my age that feel the same way but I don't know if they're lying or if those types are few and fare between to even matter.

Am I normal? Am I broken or something.

Who here doesn't drink or enjoy alcohol at all?

I've tried it twice about three years ago and never really enjoyed it, the taste, the feeling. I probably have some form of alcohol intolerance seeing how I get headaches almost soon after drinking.

I just want to know if I'm not the only person who feels this way about alcohol.
