DTU Vs NIT Rourkela. Which college is better for mechanical engineering?

I'm really confused between the two. DTU has the location advantage and arguably better technical clubs while NITR seems to have higher placements and overall seems to be the better choice. All my relatives prefer DTU tho.(I'm from delhi ncr and want nothing to do with coding related jobs. Main preference is core)

DTU Mech vs NIT Rourkela Mech. Which one do I choose?

I(13.8k rank outside delhi) am really confused between these two choices. All my relatives and elders are recommending DTU while all my classmates are recommending NIT rkl. I am asking only and only for core or non tech domains as I don't like coding at all(I'm frm delhi ncr if that changes things). DTU guys feel free to drop your input 🙏🏻

Can Mtech automotive engineering from RWTH Aachen beworth it for an indian from a T1 college?

I was trying to think of a complete career path in mechanical engineering. I will join college for Btech this year (NIT Rourkela or IIT Jodhpur/mandi/ropar).

I was thinking about working in india for 2-3 years and then going to Germany (RWTH Aachen) to pursue masters and then finally settled there. Is this advisable??

Apart from the obvious 8.5+ cgpa I'll be needing, what all should I have under my_qualifications to succeed in this plan?

Is there some better career path in mechanical engineering that I'm missing (no coding pls). And what challenges am i gonna face while trying to settle in Germany? Any advice will be highly appreciated 🙏🏻(also pls tell the advised GRE score)
