How long does it usually take expenditure to settle when program is set to maintenance?

Hello, I have been using macro factor for a while now. I joined it after a cut because I wanted to find my maintenance calories! I am not upset at the amount of calories the app is allocating but I’m wondering what time it took your expenditure to settle. Should I expect a lot more allocated calories or is this around where it usually caps? This is from March 20th to now.

23M 3 years in gym first program advice

Hello! I have been doing a “bro split” of chest/tri , back/bi,and leg/core for the majority of my time in the gym. I have purchased the Jeff Nippard body building transformation system and edited it to get more volume out of it in a week. My question is, is 100-110 sets across a 4-5 day split too much volume to be considered good working sets or is it mostly junk volume. The image on the right shows the original amount of sets on the bottom with the edited amount on top. Any advice would be appreciated.

Finally seeing potential

After 2 years of losing weight and kind of working hard at the gym ,and another year of prioritizing taking training seriously, I am down 66lbs and finally getting a glimpse of abdominal muscles I have never seen before. I have only been using macrofactor for a couple months but it has truly helped me find my maintenance calories and hit my protein goals daily. I was skeptical of the app at first and looked at all of the reviews on Reddit and in this group and can confirm it is worth it! I started at 223 here. The picture is me currently at 157

I swapped the console from a truck that has the 8 inch radio into mine that has the 4. Is there anyways I can either use the USB hub from the donor truck and make it work for my truck? Or is there a way to adapt my single USB hub to fit into the hole that fits donor trucks USB hub?

So I know it defeats the whole purpose of the min-max program which is to conserve time and maximize the outcome. I have purchased the min-max program and I like the layout of it but wish to have more volume. Should I just increase the number or working sets per exercise?
