Fiberglass Balcony Question about Notching

I am getting a new fiberglass balcony installed and I am concerned about the notch that needs to be taken out of it to contour the stairs (the picture is of the upper stairs that needs to be contoured. Nothing has been installed yet). The notch needs to be about 1.5-2 inches deep and I wonder if the notched out edge needs to be epoxied to keep it waterproof. What is the best practice?

I hope they wont just throw silicon over it and claim that is good enough.

Canadian Metal band looking for new front human

We are situated in Montreal QC! Our front man recently had to move back to Europe, so we're on the hunt for a new vocalist.

We have several unreleased singles and around eight original songs already written, but we're open to evolving the material for the right person.
